I respect the views of Betrihaki, but I do not agree that General Sebhat Efrem was a puppet of the narcissistic Eritrean dictator, Issayas Afeworki. On the contrary, almost every informed Eritrean knows that the general was leading a humiliated life under the shadows of the Eritrean dictator and that he was occupying offices over which he did not have any authority or control.
