The carpet-bombing of Tigrai must be strongly condemned & Stopped.

The oppressed people of Tigray are engaged in a war of resistance against naked and ferocious aggression by combined forces under the command of the Eritrean fascist dictator, Issayas Afeworki, in the north, and the Ethiopian gangster and pathological liar, Abiy Ahmed, from Ethiopia’s various entry points in the south.

Tigrai is therefore under indiscriminate shelling from heavy weapons and carpet-bombing by the Ethiopian air force.

Similarly, while the world watches silently, the arrest and incarceration in concentration camps of all Tigrinya-speaking people in mainland Ethiopia, particularly Tigrayans, is being pursued with the intensity and ferocity that accompanied the disgraceful witch-hunt against the Jews in Nazi Germany.

The Eritrean and Tigrayan people have now entered a critical stage in their history. However, after all is said and done, there can be no doubt that the oppressed Tigrian and Eritrean people will prevail over their historical enemies. For, throughout history, people with a just cause have always prevailed against powerful odds.

Indeed, in our own times, the victory of the heroic struggle of the Vietnamese people against US imperialist aggression, and the struggle for national independence of the oppressed Eritrean people against the successive US- and Soviet-supported expansionist Amhara rulers of Ethiopia, are concrete examples of why people with a just cause will always triumph over powerful enemies.

In other words, in the final analysis, the outcome of war is decided not by weapons alone, but rather by determined people with a just cause.

Likewise, the outcome of the genocidal war against the Tigrayan people will not be any different from those of all previous just wars waged by the oppressed for national honour, dignity, and survival.

At the end of this bitter struggle, the Tigrayan people will be crowned with a victory against the chauvinist and expansionist forces unleashed by their historical enemies, as represented by the duo of dictators, Abiy Ahmed and Issayas Afeworki.

Let us, therefore, stand firmly with the resistance forces in Tigrai and give our unconditional support to ensure victory!
